This service includes basic computer diagnostics and analysis of software and/or hardware to determine what the problem is and what you will need to fix it. Upon completion, an estimate of total cost to fix will be given. A $60 deposit is required for this service.

If the fix is under or at $150 we will take the action needed to fix the machine and call the customer when the job is completed. A $40 deposit is required for this service.

Software Laptop Diagnostics
This service includes basic laptop diagnostics and analysis of software to determine what the problem is and what one will need to fix it. If we are able to fix the software issue this completes the service; however upon completion if we could not fix the issue, an estimate of total cost for a fix will be given. A $40 deposit is required for this service.

Reload your Operating System with Style!
A reload deluxe includes making a Ghost*** of the customers hard drive, formatting the customers hard drive, reloading the operating system, install the latest drivers, copy all customers information off Ghost drive to fresh new load. We also include 2-3 free Anti Spyware Programs (which will be up-to-date as of time of pick up) and a 30-Day free trial of Computer Associates E-Z Trust Anti-virus (provided the customer does not leave anti-virus software, with okay subscription status, with us). A $40 deposit is required for this service.

System Clean Deluxe

Sysclean Deluxe is the answer to your problems, pop-ups and systems that run slower then they did when you purchased them are commonly victims of spyware and virus infections. These two factors can really compromise your security, and potentially crash your entire operating system. For the customer that wants full service!
Any of the above mentioned services and more can be done in your home for a nominal hourly fee. We can have one of our trained and knowledgable staff come to you, and take care of any issues you may have. Home on sites are required to be at least one hour and include travel time.
